Ingredients:
- 4oz butter
- 4oz sugar (1cup)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 11/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to the bowl of your mixer.
- Mix at a high speed until creamy
- Pour into a lined and greased tin of 8"x 5"x4"
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 55 minutes to 1 hour.
