Pork Chops On The Grill Recipes - Easy And Tasty


Pork chops on the grill recipes are not always that easy to come by. It strange as pork chops on the grill is very tasty. Maybe pork chops on the grill recipes are not so plenty is because you can practically just throw them on the grill and they will be delicious.

One thing to remember is, almost any marinade will work for pork. pork is so versatile and you can use marinades meant for chicken, beef or lamb and it will work. Here is one of my tasty pork On The Grill Recipes. It is a tasty mustard chops recipe:

Grilled Mustard Chops
What You Need:


  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 4 bone in pork chops, 1 inch thick
How to Make It:

  1. Mix the dry mustard, celery seed, thyme, salt, pepper and cayenne together in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Rub each of the chops on both sides with the spice mixture.
  3. Allow the chops to set at room temperature about 25 minutes.
  4. Place the grill on high temperature.
  5. Sear the chops 4 minutes turning once during cooking.
  6. Lower the heat to medium temperature on the grill.
  7. Continue cooking the chops 8 minutes or until the juices run clear.

When placing a rub on meat always be sure to press the rub into the meat with your fingertips.  This will insure the flavor of the rub can be tasted in each and every bite.

Tasty Summer Grilling Recipes

Summer is here and we are all pulling out all those tasty summer grilling recipes. Over the next few weeks I'll be giving you a host of tasty ideas.


Stuffed Chilies on the Grill
What You Need:

  • 8 large chili peppers
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

How to Make It:

  1. Set the grill to medium hot allowing it to preheat.
  2. Place the chili peppers on to grill grate and cook 10 minutes, turning occasionally or until charred.
  3. Place the grilled peppers in a plastic and seal allowing them to steam for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the peppers and peel.
  5. Cut a slit down the length of each pepper and remove the seeds.
  6. Stuff each pepper with the cheese.
  7. Close the peppers and secure with a toothpick.
  8. Place the peppers on foil and wrap the foil around the peppers securing tightly.
  9. Return the peppers to the grill for 10 minutes.
  10. Open the packet and let the peppers cool for 5 minutes so the cheese will firm up slightly making them easier to handle. 

Makes 8 servings



These make a great appetizer or a side dish with burritos or tacos.  Any type of chili pepper will work as long as they are large enough to stuff.  Peppers such as Italian, Cubanelles or Hungarian hot wax work great.
