Breakfast Smoothie With Instant Cereal

Ingredients:

  • 1 spoonful of peanut butter
  • 1 packet of instant breakfast, preferably chocolate
  • 8 to 12 ounces of milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ Cup frozen strawberries cut into pieces

Method:

  1. Pour milk into blender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Put the blender on blend till Banana and strawberries are chopped up.
  4. Whip it for about 5 seconds.

So get out your blender and try this fast and easy recipe. As far as the frit goes, you can actually use any kind you have available. I make it a habit to buy fruit when they are available, chop them up and freeze them and then when you feel like a smoothie you have it all at hand in a instant.
