Relax Me Smoothie
What You Need:
- 8 herbal lemon tea bags
 - 2 C boiling water
 - 1 pint raspberry sherbet
 - 2 C pineapple juice
 
How to Make It:
- Pour the boiling water over the tea bags.
 - Cover and allow to sit 5 minutes.
 - Remove the tea bags and place the tea in the refrigerator to cool.
 - Place the sherbet and juice in the blender.
 - Add the tea.
 - Blend until smooth.
 
Always make sure you have the tea in the refrigerator and you will be able to make this smoothie at a moment's notice. No use having to wait for a long time before you can actually make the smoothie you need NOW!
